and assigns., dated November

2, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 279,

page 737, Crawford County, Georgia

Records, as last transferred to

JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association

by assignment recorded in

Deed Book 316,page 648, Crawford

County, Georgia Records, conveying

the after-described property to secure

a Note in the original principal amount

of SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND

0/100 DOLLARS ($67,000.00), with

interest thereon as set forth therein,

there will be sold at public outcry to the

highest bidder cash before the courthouse

door of Crawford County, Georgia

within the legal hours of sale on the

fi rst Tuesday in December, 2012, the
