Parks White, District Attorney<br /><br />On February 6, 2013, the Madison County Sheriff s Office seized the following from CLINT LEE FLANIGAN, a Yamaha YZF600R Motorcycle, VIN: JyA5AHE05VA000955. The conduct giving rise to the forfeiture is as follows: On February 6, 2013 a lawful traffic stop was conducted on the above-described vehicle. Clint Flanigan, a repeat offender, was found to be in possession of an off white crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.<br /><br />Pursuant to the Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 16-13-49(n) the above-listed property is subject to forfeiture. Any person claiming an ownership interest in this property may file a claim within thirty (30) days after the second publication of this notice by sending the claim to the seizing agency and to the District Attorney at the addresses shown below by certified mail or statutory overnight delivery, return receipt requested.
