Sec. 16-13-49, any person claiming an interest in the following property is hereby notified that on 30 November 2012, said property was seized by officers of the Tri Circuit Drug Task Force from Johnny Pinkston: Four hundred thirty dollars ($430.00) in U.S. Currency. The conduct giving rise to said seizure was as follows: On 30 November 2012, in Candler County, Georgia, said property was used or intended for use to facilitate a violation of Title 16, Chapter 13, Article 2 Section 30 of the Georgia code.<br /><br />You are further notified that you may file a claim within (30) thirty days of the second publication of this Notice of Seizure by sending the claim by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the District Attorney and to the Seizing agency at the addresses shown below.<br /><br />S.
