The property is currently zoned R-1 (Single Family Low Density Residential), and is located on Settle Street also known as Parcel # WN11-076. The property is proposed to be split to form two buildable lots. The Winder Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Winder Community Center, 113 East Athens Street, Winder, Georgia to hold a public hearing and consider this matter. They will then make a recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
