ZONING MAP AMENDMENT

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-66, a public hearing will be held before the Coffee County Board of Commissioners, as follows:

Petitioner: FNB South

Time: 9:30 a.m.

Place: 101 South Peterson Avenue, Coffee County Courthouse, First Floor, Coffee County Commissioners Meeting Room, Douglas, Georgia.

Purpose: To receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of Coffee County. The purpose of the map amendment is to change the zoning classification on subject property from R-2, Residential to C, Commercial.

Location: The subject property is 11.325 acres located at 2699 Hwy 221 N., Douglas, Georgia
