PUBLIC NOTICE

There will be 2 public hearings for the purpose of considering the application for Special Permit to erect an AT&T Tower. Property located in Marion County on Country Trail and Ga. Hwy 355. Map 10- Parcel 14 The applicant and owner of the land is Louie L. Willett Jr. The first Public Hearing was held on July 16,2012 at 6:50 p.m. with the Planning and Zoning Commission. The second meeting will be held on September 11, 2012 at 5:15 p.m. with the Board of County Commissioners. Both hearings will be held at the Marion County Courthouse Annex Conference Room (the old Middle School Library) located at 100 Burkhalter St., Buena Vista, GA 31803.
