PUBLIC NOTICE<br /><br />In accordance with the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act, Section 12-8-32(c), PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby served that the Houston county Board of Commissioners on October 31, 2012 submitted an application for a sold waste handling permit and request for site suitability for a sold waste disposal facility from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division (EPD).
