PUBLIC NOTICE ON ZONING
The City of Cleveland has received an application from Jim Stuckey, Chatsworth Land Company, LLC, and Tyler Dean, Site Enhancement Services, requesting a sign variance for property located at 381 Donald E. Thurmond Parkway, near U.S. Highway 129 South, Tax Map and Parcel 48A-portion of parcel 79.
The request is for multiple signs exceeding a 50 square feet aggregate area. 2- 100 square foot walls signs and 1 75 square foot freestanding pylon sign 25 feet high.
The City of Cleveland Planning and Zoning Board Commission is scheduled to consider this application on Thursday August 9, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Cleveland City Hall Annex.
The City of Cleveland City Council is scheduled to consider this application on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cleveland City Hall Annex.
