Notice is Hereby Given that the undersigned intends to sell the personal property described below to enforce a lien imposed on said property pursuant to the Georgia Self-Storage Facility Act, Georgia Code Section 10-4-210 to 10-4-215. The undersigned will sell at public sale by competitive bidding on July 17, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. on the premises where said property is being stored and which is located at Star Storage, 3370 Dahlonega Hwy. Cumming, GA 30028, County of Forsyth, State of Georgia, the following:

Purchases must be paid for at the time of the auction in CASH ONLY.

All items are sold as is and must be removed from the property at the time of the sale. Sale is subject to cancellation in the event of a settlement between the owner and the obligated party.
