August/October 2012 Term

The Grand Jury was convened in August of 2012, and again in October of 2012. During these sessions held in August and October, there were a total of 108 bills considered, 52 bills were found to be true in the August session, and 53 bills were found true in the October session, as well as 1 not true bill and 2 split bills.

During the October session, the Grand Jury appointed alternates for the Board of Equalization, these alternates are as follows: Richard D. Almeroth M.D., Almond Jerry Stinchcomb, and Samuel Leon McGowen.
