The Barrow County Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on August 9, 2012 at 7:00pm at the Barrow County Administrative Building for the following items:

1. BOA-2012-008 - John McKay, Applicant / John McKay, Daniel Tamul, Owners (576 Kristin Lane); The applicant is requesting a variance to place a 60 ft. easement across their property located at the above address for the purpose of accessing pasture and timber on the back acreage of map & parcel XX 104 015; current zoning is: R1 (XX111K 028)
