The Barrow County Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on December 13, 2012 at 7:00pm at the Barrow County Administrative Building for the following items:

1. BOA-2012-012 - Felipe De Jesus Martinez, Applicant / Owner (682 Manning Gin Road, Monroe, GA 30656); The applicant is requesting a variance to allow placement of a storage building closer than the required setbacks for accessory structures exceeding 144 square feet for Agricultural zoning; current zoning is: AG (XX109 088)
