You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 9th day of November, 2011, in the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, Piedmont Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said Court on the 26th day of June, 2012, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said Court within thirty (30) days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer and petition and file pleadings before the Court.

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 248 District, G.M., State of Georgia, County of Jackson, being Lot 31, POD P, Phase 2, Traditions of Braselton and being more particularly described and delineated according to a plat and survey being of record in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia in Plat Book 64, Pages 150-152 revised in Plat Book 66, Pages 4-5, which said plat and the recording thereof are by reference hereto incorporated herein for a more complete and detailed description.
