A Pre proposal meeting has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the Savannah Entrepreneurial Center, 801 Gwinnett Street, Savannah, GA 31402. All potential proposers are invited to attend. All Proposals are due in the Office of The Purchasing Director, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 2 East Bay Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401 (P.O. Box 1027, 31402) no later than 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. The names of the respondents will be read at the public bid opening at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at the Savannah Entrepreneurial Center.
