REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Event No. 489 The City of Savannah is now accepting proposals from a developer/firm to create a comprehensive redevelopment strategy for the City-owned vacant lots on Hall Street between Montgomery Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. A Pre proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2012 at the Savannah Entrepreneurial Center, 801East Gwinnett Street, Savannah, GA. All potential proposers are invited to attend. All Proposals are due in the Office of The Purchasing Director, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 2 East Bay Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401 (P.O.
