REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - MASTER DEVELOPER The Housing Authority of Savannah (HAS) is seeking statements of qualifications from interested development teams for the planning, design, development, implementation, and management of the former Robert Hitch Village real estate property in Savannah, GA. The planning and design by the selected developer will be in conjunction with the development of the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Planning Grant Transformation Plan, currently being developed, for a target area known as the East Savannah Gateway.
