RN6043 STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FLOYD NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Dongye Hou to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. in the original principal amount of $60,000.00 dated 08/29/2005, and recorded in Deed Book 1963, page 714, Floyd County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association FKA The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. for RAMP 2006-RS1 in Deed Book 2308, Page 529, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of August, 2012 by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association FKA The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. for RAMP 2006-RS1, as Attorney-in-Fact for Dongye Hou the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 93, 4th District, Floyd County, Georgia, being all but the northerly 8 feet of Lot 326, Garden Lakes Subdivision, Part 7, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 126, Floyd County, Georgia Records, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
