There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Colquitt County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday, September 4, 2012 on the following described property to wit:



Property located at 600 16th Street SW in the City of Moultrie and identified in Colquitt County tax records as map and parcel number M004-044 and more particularly described in Deed Book 839, Page 006, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia.



Said property found in the possession of Timothy R Tootle levied on to satisfy a Fi.Fa. in favor of the Tax Commissioner of Colquitt County against Timothy R Tootle issued by the Tax Commissioner of Colquitt County, Georgia, for State and County Ad Valorem taxes for the year 2011, levied on as the property of defendant in Fi.Fa., notice of levy and sale having been given the defendant in Fi.Fa. (and/or to defendant in possession)
