There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Colquitt County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday, September 4, 2012 on the following described property to wit:



Property located on 6th Street SE in the City of Moultrie and identified in Colquitt County tax records as map and parcel number M036-012 and more particularly described in Deed Book 330, Page 207, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia.



Said property found in the possession of Nellie Pickett c/o Mary Johnson levied on to satisfy a Fi.Fa. in favor of the Tax Commissioner of Colquitt County against Nellie Pickett c/o Mary Johnson issued by the Tax Commissioner of Colquitt County, Georgia, for State and County Ad Valorem taxes for the year 2011, levied on as the property of defendant in Fi.Fa., notice of levy and sale having been given the defendant in Fi.Fa. (and/or to defendant in possession)
