You are hereby notified that on June 1, 2012, a Petition was filed in the Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia by a couple seeking to adopt a female minor child born in Forsyth County, Georgia on April 27, 2012, to Andrea Bramblett who placed the child for adoption. Be advised that the biological mother has surrendered her parental rights to the child to this couple who have filed a Petition to adopt the child, the legal counsel for whom is William E. Turnipseed, Esq., Savell & Williams, L.L.P., 2700 Harris Tower, 233 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. Be further advised that the biological mother has identified you as the legal father of the child inasmuch as although estranged from you since 2004 she is still legally married to you. Be further advised that a motion has been filed in conjunction with the Petition for Adoption, which seeks to terminate any rights you may have as legal father of the child. Be finally advised that you will lose all rights, if any, to the child and will neither receive notice nor be entitled to object to the adoption of the child unless you show cause on October 1, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at a hearing set on the Petition of Adoption, Adoption No. 12CV-1164, filed in the Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia, why the relief sought in the motion to terminate should not be granted.
