Mosley to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation dated June 26, 2001, and recorded in Deed Book 1171, Page 356, Bulloch County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-C, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2001-C by Assignment, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $78,000.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, August 7, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, lying and being in the 48th G.M. District of Bulloch County, State of Georgia, containing 5.00 acres of land, more or less, and being designated as Lot No. 3, Deer Run Subdivision, according to a plat of survey prepared by James M. Anderson, Surveyor, dated the 21st day of March, 1991, and recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 8, Bulloch County Records, said land being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: On the Northeast by Deer Run Court, a 60' right-of-way, as shown on said plat; on the Southeast by Lot No. 2, Deer Run Subdivision, as shown on said plat; on the Southwest by lands of Mrs. Louise Clark and by Lot No. 4, Deer Run Subdivision, as shown on said plat. Said plat and the description therein contained are, by reference, incorporated herein.
