NOTICE OF

FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM

Take Notice that:

The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:

One parcel or lot of land, and improvements thereon, being situated in the 82nd District G.M., of Jefferson County, Georgia, and located near the City Limits of Louisville, Georgia. Said land transferred in this instrument is a piece of land cut by W.B. Wren Jr., in the present deed by him from land he purchased from the Jefferson County Board of Education, Jefferson County, Georgia.

The said lot hereby transferred is in the shape of a rectangle and has the following dimensions and boundaries; on the Northeast for a length of 150 feet, bounded, now or formerly, by property of John Davis and on the Southeast the length of 60 feet, bounded, now or formerly, by Foley Street and on the Southwest for a length of 150 feet, bounded, now or formerly, by property of Walter Smith Sr. and on the Northwest for a length of 60 feet, bounded, now or formerly, by property of Robert Lewis Washington.

Will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 2nd day of September, 2012.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of May, 2011, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 485 at Pages 264-265.

The property may be redeemed at any time before the 2nd day of September, 2012, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
