STATE OF GEORGIA<br /><br />COUNTY OF BALDWIN<br /><br />Pursuant to a power of<br /><br />sale contained in a certain<br /><br />Deed to Secure Debt<br /><br />executed by Grace<br /><br />Homes, LLC, hereinafter<br /><br />referred to as Grantor,<br /><br />with the singular including<br /><br />the plural, to The Peoples<br /><br />Bank, recorded in Deed<br /><br />Book 909, Pages<br /><br />332-334, the deed records<br /><br />of the Clerk of the<br /><br />Superior Court of the<br /><br />aforesaid state and, having<br /><br />been given to secure<br /><br />the Promissory Note in<br /><br />the principal sum of<br /><br />$144,400.00 with interest<br /><br />at the rate stated in said<br /><br />Promissory Note on the<br /><br />unpaid balance until paid,<br /><br />and by virtue of a default<br /><br />in the payment of the<br /><br />debt secured by said<br /><br />Deed to Secure Debt, the<br /><br />u n d e r s i g n e d<br /><br />attorney-in-fact for the<br /><br />aforesaid Grantors (which<br /><br />attorney-in-fact is the present<br /><br />holder of said Deed<br /><br />to Secure Debt and debt<br /><br />secured thereby) will sell<br /><br />before the door of the<br /><br />courthouse in said county<br /><br />within the legal hours of<br /><br />sale, for cash, to the<br /><br />highest bidder on<br /><br />Wednesday, January 2,<br /><br />2013, the property which,<br /><br />as of the time of the execution<br /><br />of said Deed to<br /><br />Secure Debt, was described<br /><br />as set forth in the<br /><br />attached Exhibit "A."
