STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: ALL that tract or parcel of land with the improvements thereon now numbered 2522 Porter Street in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, fronting 29 feet on the South side of Porter Street and extending back of equal width a distance of 155 feet, and being the westernmost 29 feet of the property towards Wheeler Road previously conveyed by Joseph Edwards to Millie Edwards Johnson as duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, and bounded, now or formerly, North by Porter Street; East by other property now or formerly of Millie Edwards Johnson; South by property now or formerly of the Workingmen's Association No. 1; and West by property now or formerly of Rosetta Tankersley. Said property is known as 2522 Porter Street under the present system of property numbering in Richmond County, Georgia. Tax Map and Parcel #: 034-1-333-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 12th day of October, 2012. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of December, 2010, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1284 at page 2135.
