NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF DEED TO SECURE DEBT

Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a certain Deed to Secure Debt from Chad R. Page and Gina Page in favor of The Claxton Bank, dated March 1, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 487, Page 241, Tattnall County, Georgia Records. The undersigned having declared the entire indebtedness due under said Deed to Secure Debt by reason of a default in the payments due thereunder, will sell at public outcry before the Courthouse door in said County, on the first Tuesday in December, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the 1432nd G.M. District of Tattnall County, Georgia, containing 0.48 of an acre, more or less, and being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North and East by lands of Wayne Durrence; South by a forty (40) foot wide road, which leads from County Road #408; and West by lands of Wayne Durrence.

Said property is more particularly described by metes, bounds, courses, and distances on a plat of survey prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor #1436, dated November 29, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Tattnall County, Georgia, in Plat Book 15, Page 75. Said plat is incorporated herein by reference for descriptive and all other purposes.

Said property being the same as that received by Chad R. Page and Gina Page from Donald W. Wilds and Yvonne F. Wilds by Survivorship Deed dated February 11, 2005, and recorded in the Office of said Clerk in Deed Book 487, Pages 239-240.

Also: One 1993 Fleetwood Eagle Trace, 24'x40' double wide mobile home permanently affixed and taxed as realty.

Said property will be sold as the property of Chad R. Page and Gina Page, subject to all taxes, assessments, easements and restrictions, if any, and the proceeds derived from said sale applied as provided in said Deed to Secure Debt.
