NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from SHIRLEY BLANTON to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., dated May 18, 2000, recorded May 19, 2000, in Deed Book 21 T, Page 183, Wayne County, Georgia records, as assigned by Assignment to U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1, recorded on February 15, 2012, in Deed Book 561, page 1, Wayne County, Georgia records, said Security Deed being given to secure a Note from Shirley Blanton of even date in the original principal amount of THIRTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN AND NO/100 ($32,916.00) Dollars, with interest from date at a rate per cent per annum on the unpaid balance until paid; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Wayne County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2012, the following described property:
All that certain tract of land in the City of Jesup, Wayne County, Georgia, composed of those two (2) certain subdivision lots known and designated on a subdivision map of Littlefield and Hodges Land, made by R.T. Littlefield, dated September 16, 1947, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Wayne County, Georgia in Deed Book 63, page 277 and identified as "Unit A", Lots (9) and Eleven (11) , together comprising One-Hundred feet square.
The said two (2) Lots, Lots Nine (9) and Eleven (11), adjoin and together measure One-Hundred (100) feet square and are bounded as follows: On the Northwest for a distance of One-Hundred (100) feet by Macon Street Extension; on the Northeast for One-Hundred (100) feet by Lot Number Seven (7) of said subdivision map; on the Southeast for One-Hundred (100) feet by Lots Number Ten (10) and Twelve (12) of said subdivision map; and on the Southwest for One-Hundred (100) feet by a certain twenty (20) foot lane in said subdivision running parallel with and Two-Hundred (200) feet Northeast of Ty Ty Street.
For further description of said property, reference is hereby made to the aforesaid plat and the record thereof.
The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, easements, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is SHIRLEY BLANTON or a tenant or tenants.
