NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, there has been a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Security Deed, dated September 15, 2009, signed by Robert J. Johnson and made to Altamaha Federal Credit Union and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Wayne County Superior Court in Mortgage Book 35-S, pages 197-211; and

WHEREAS, to the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned said Robert J. Johnson is in possession of the property conveyed by the aforesaid Security Deed; and

WHEREAS, under the provisions of said Security Deed the indebtedness secured thereby has immediately become due and payable and remains in default;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That pursuant to the terms of said Security Deed and the Power of Sale contained therein and the law in such cases made and provided after proper advertisement, the undersigned on the first Tuesday in Febuary, 2013, before the Courthouse door in Wayne County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale, will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property, to-wit:

All of that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 243 in the Third Land District of originally Appling, now Wayne County, Georgia, containing 4.65 acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown and delineated on that certain plat prepared by Charles W. Johnson, Jr., Georgia R.L.S. No. 2698, dated July 6, 2009, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Wayne County Superior Court in Plat Book 48, folio 173. Reference is hereby made to said plat and the record thereof for all purposes of description.

TERMS: Cash; purchaser paying Georgia transfer tax and all ad valorem taxes and assessments that may be due on said property; the sale shall be subject to all superior liens, easements and restrictions of record, if any, and the right of redemption of any taxing authority; the proceeds of this sale shall be applied to pay the secured

debt as provided in said Security Deed together with the expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
