STATE OF GEORGIACOUNTY OF DOUGHERTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Nathanael B. Collins and Kathy Collins to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. in the original principal amount of $281,600.00 dated 05/26/2006, and recorded in Deed Book 3164, page 1, Dougherty County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to CitiMortgage, Inc. in Deed Book 3915, Page 99, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of September, 2012 by CitiMortgage, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for Nathanael B. Collins and Kathy Collins the following described property: All of Lot 5 and according to the survey or plat of the Preliminary Lay Out, Minor Subdivision for Dougherty County School System dated January 24, 2004 prepared by Fenton W. This survey or plat is incorporated herein for a more complete description of all of the real property described in this conveyanoe. Property known as: 4531 Gillionville Rd, Albany, GA 31721 The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purposes of paying the same and all expenses of sale, including attorney's fees, (notice having been given as provided by law).
