STATUTORY NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION<br /><br />Take notice that:<br /><br />The right to redeem the following described property, to wit ll that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Nicholls, Coffee County, Georgia, and described as follows: Beginning at a stob at the northwest intersection of Jones Avenue and Coffee Street and running north along Coffee Street a distance of 100 feet to a stob, thence west a distance of 150 feet to a stob, thence sought a distance of 100 feet to a stob and Jones Avenue; thence east a distance of 150 feet along Jones Avenue to the point of beginning. Said land being a portion of original lot of land 514 in the 6th Land District of Coffee County, Georgia. This is that same tract or parcel of land heretofore conveyed by Warranty Deed for R.E. Lott to Mrs. Estelle Kay Carter, on the 26th day of June 1961, recorded n the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coffee County, Georgia, in Deed Book 122, Page 477, and by reference thereto incorporated herein for all purposes. Said described property is known as 110 South Coffee Street, Nicholls, Coffee County, Georgia, 31554 ill expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on the 1st day of September, 2012.<br /><br />The original tax deed to which this notice relates are dated the 6th day of July, 2010 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Coffee County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1526 at page 22.<br /><br />The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of September, 2012 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:<br /><br />Attn: A.
