NOTICE OF NAME CHANGE

Tiffany Marie Haynes Emery has filed petition on July 27, 2012, to change the name of herself and her two minor children as follows: (1) Tiffany Marie Haynes Emery to Tiffany Marie Haynes; (2) minor child Randall Eugene Emery (DOB August 12, 2009) to Robert Nathan Haynes; and (3) the minor child, Zoe Rebecca Emery (DOB May 4, 2011) to Zoe Rebecca Haynes.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to law to any interested person of affected to appear in said Court and to file any objections to such name change. Objections must be filed within thirty (30) days of the filing of said petition.
