Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 44-3-232, the below described property will be sold at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse doors in Jones County Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December, 2012 to wit: Dec 4, 2012 at 10: AM
ALSO, all and only that parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 50 of the 8th Land District and the 299th G.M.D. of Jones County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 2, consisting of 1.52 acres, more or less, according to a plat of survey prepared by Walker McKnight G.R.L.S. #864, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 144, Jones County Superior Court Clerk s Office. Said plat is hereby incorporated for a more complete and accurate description of Lot 2. This is the same property conveyed to Patsy A. Colvin by deed dated October 26, 1994 recorded in DB 301, PP 336, Jones County Superior Court Clerk s Office. Property located on GA Hwy 18 East.
Also, described as Map/Parcel Number J44A-00-101 in records maintained by the office of the Jones County Tax Assessors.
Said property having been found to be in the possession of the defendant, Quail Run Properties, Inc. and Robert C. Colvin, Sr. and levied upon as property of the defendants in accordance with the writ of fieri facias stated above.
The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, Rights of way, easements, protective covenants or Restrictions, liens and other Superior matters of Record, which may affect said property.
The sale will be conducted subject to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
