Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 44-3-232, the below described property will be sold at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse doors in Jones County Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December, 2012 to wit: Dec 4, 2012 at 10: AM
ALSO, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 134 of the 11th Land District of Jones County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 7, 3.82 acres, more or less, according to a Country View Acres subdivision plat of survey prepared by Ogletree & Associates, G.R.L.S., recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 38, dated June 24, 1994, Jones County Superior Court Clerk s Office. Said plat is hereby incorporated for a more complete and accurate description of said Lot 7. Also conveyed is a 1995 Fleetwood Oak Knoll 28x64 manufactured home bearing VIN GAFLP34AB18398-OK. Property located at

Said property having been found to be in the possession of the defendant, Quail Run Properties, Inc. and Robert C. Colvin, Sr. and levied upon as property of the defendants in accordance with the writ of fieri facias stated above.
The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, Rights of way, easements, protective covenants or Restrictions, liens and other Superior matters of Record, which may affect said property.
