GEORGIA, Thomas County: Will be sold before the Courthouse door in the City of Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of Sale, Tuesday, August 7, 2012 to the highest bidder for cash the following described property:



City Map Code Number: 18-40-22, All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia, being known as 320 Martin Luther King Drive, as described in Deed Book 95, Page 192.



Said property having been levied upon as the property of Wallace L Jones to satisfy a City of Thomasville tax execution for the years 2009, 2010 & 2011. The total that is due upon all of said fifa on the day of sale will be $2159.45, plus any additional interest and legal advertising costs.
