REDEMPTION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to CHRISTINE POLEN, in regards to Tax Sale Property located in Jefferson County, Georgia, the right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:

ALL THAT LOT OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF WRENS, 81ST DISTRICT, G.M., JEFFERSON COUNTY, GEORGIA, CONTAINING 33,000 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS, HAVING A FRONTAGE OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) FEET ON CENTER STREET AND RUNNING BACK A DISTANCE OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY (220) FEET TO COTTON STREET AND IS BOUNDED NOW OR FORMERLY AS FOLLOWS: NORTH BY A FORTY FOOT STREET; EAST BY CENTER STREET; SOUTH BY LOT FORMERLY OWNED BY E. B. JOINER AND NOW OWNED BY SMITH; AND WEST BY COTTON STREET. THIS IS THE SAME REALTY CONVEYED BY J. R. SIMS TO MRS. WILLIE RIVER SIMS ON FEBRUARY 8, 1927 BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, GEORGIA IN DEED BOOK UU, PAGE 326.

AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 239, PAGE 373 AND DEED BOOK 408, PAGE 5 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS MAP & PARCEL R002036A.

REDEMPTION will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of November, 2012.

The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of June, 2011 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia in Deed Book 486, at pages 371-372.

The property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of November, 2012, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Tyler C.
