Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Thomasville City Planning and Zoning Commission in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building Thomasville, Georgia on August 6, 2012 at 5:30 P.M.



REZONING REQUEST

The property to be rezoned has an address of 216 Remington Avenue and is also identified as Thomas County Tax ID# 005 025 003 having approximately 518 feet of frontage along Remington Ave, approximately 427 feet of frontage along Dawson St., and approximately 366 feet of frontage along Crawford St.; containing an area of 4.75 acres more or less. The property is owned by St. Thomas Episcopal Church. The following action is desired and requested the forgoing property:
