TOWN OF THUNDERBOLT BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Thunderbolt will hold a Public Hearing with regard to Petitioner, Bert Barrett, Jr. Land Surveying, P.C., Agent for Bernice Chisholm Parker request to Subdivide Property Parcel 3-0004 -14-006, 3106 Shell Road. Also being requested but not limited to are the following Variances to Proposed Lot 1 and/or Lot 2: lot width requirement, front and side yard setback requirements and Variance to width for private access easement. The scheduled hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 beginning at 6:00 PM at the Town of Thunderbolt Municipal Complex, 2821 River Drive. All parties with interest are welcome to attend.
