Take Notice That:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: LL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in the 1407th GMD, Jackson County, Georgia and being Lot 4 on that certain Final Subdivision Plat for Hoschton Towne Center prepared by Mark Veal (GRLS No. 2651), dated March 20, 2004, as last revised April 27, 2004 and recorded at Plat Book 62, Pages 261 and 262, aforesaid records, said plat being incorporated herein by reference, or as further described in Deed Book 34U, Page 86, ill expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 14th day of September, 2012.

The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated August 2, 2011 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 60Y, Page 283-284.

The property may be redeemed at any time before the 14th day of September, 2012 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 167 Charlie Smith Road, Braselton, Georgia, 30517.
