PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that LORENA VEGA VILLANUEVA filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Habersham County, Georgia, seeking to amend the birth certificate and name of her minor child URIEL SERAFIN VEGA from URIEL SERAFIN VEGA to URIEL SERAFIN GARCIA-VEGA. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections. At the expiration of thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, upon proof of publication, and if no objection is filed, the Court shall proceed to hear and determine all matters raised by said Petition.
