WM4090 STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF WALKER NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Crystal Denton and Kevin Denton to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. in the original principal amount of $87,381.00 dated 03/12/2007, and recorded in Deed Book 1479, page 330, Walker County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP in Deed Book 1716, Page 260, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of September, 2012 by Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, as Attorney-in-Fact for Crystal Denton and Kevin Denton the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Original Land Lot No. 281, in the 9th District and 4th Section of Walker County, Georgia, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northern right of way line of 12th Street, said point being a distance of 630.82 feet along said northern right of way line from its intersection with the right of way line of Crescent Avenue; thence leaving said northern right of way line, North 00 degrees 06 minutes West, a distance of 140 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes East, a distance of 92.5 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes West, a distance of 236.59 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes West, a distance of 112.5 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes East, a distance of 375.73 feet to a point on the northern right of way line of 12th Street; thence along and with said northern right of way line, South 89 degrees 40 minutes East, a distance of 20 feet to the Point of Beginning.
