Being the same property conveyed by Virgil L Bullock, Jr to Doris June Nelson in Deed Book 455, Page 360 Walker County, Georgia Deed Records, and Warranty Deed from Doris June Nelson to Betty Donovan dated October 2, 1980 and recorded in Deed Book 475, Page 862, Walker County, Georgia Deed Records As described in Deed Book 590, Page 670 further described as Map & Parcel 2011012 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 4th day of September, 2012. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of July, 2011, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Walker County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1691 at page 387.
