Wayne County is taking applications for an EMTI. EMTI must have current Georgia license. All applicants will need a valid Georgia Driver's License and preferably an Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC), and all must successfully complete a job related performance test. Applicant selected will be responsible for providing emergency medical service when needed and will work in conjunction with hospital emergency staff upon request. Applicant selected will be required to submit to a criminal background check. Applications are available at the Department of Labor between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and<br /><br />4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
