will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th day of December, 2011, pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-4-45 and 46.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated August 3, 2010 and filed August 26, 2010 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Telfair County, Georgia, in Deed Book 15-Y, page 730.

The property may be redeemed anytime before November 30, 2011, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
